Returns & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch, subject to a 25% administrative & re-stocking fee. Alternatively, buyers can choose a store credit for the full value of their purchase (less shipping & merchant fees), valid for 90 days. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available, and the buyer is responsible for shipping and return costs.

Faulty Items:
If an item is faulty, it may be eligible for return. Faults will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
